Rock's Gel is an extreme fast energy source. It contains super concentrated complex of carbohydrates and caffeine.

Recommended dosage: For immediate energy, take Rock's Energy Gel before or during physical activity. Wash down with plenty of water.

Max Dosage: 4 gels a day

Ingredients: sucrose, water, maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, isomaltulose (Palatinosa™), Fibersol^®-2 (digestion resistant maltodextrin), Trisodium Citrate (Sodium), Tripotassium Citrate (Potassium), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), thickener: xanthan gum, aroma, caffeine, dyes: (flavour Green Apple: tartrazine, brilliant blue FCF, flavour Cola: caramel, flavour Peach Tea: caramel); preserving agents: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifying agent: malic acid.
